Life On and Off an Acreage

In-sights into moving from an Acreage back to Town, plus a few things I find of interest.

Two things that horses are scared about:

1. Things that move
2. Things that don't move

Sorry, No Pictures, It's a little Gross!

I'm back from the city and the operation! Everything went well (so they tell me). The 4 hour operation took 7 hours required 16 staples and 1 stitch plus a drain tube. (Told you it could be gross!) Anyway, I'm back at home walking around and generally doing well. I hope to get back out with the camera this weekend

Unfortunately, they did not give me back the lost height, but I can live being shorter. For all you gals that have had an epi, my sympathies. Does a tear in the nerve sheaf ever cause a headache!

  5. Well I am not sure what your operation was for, but I am sure the hands of the surgeon were those of the Lords. When God can heal, why do we have operations?? I am convinced the reason for this is because we have a job as Gods witness to the doctors, nurses or others we may touch during this time.. Glory to God, He loves us all so much and has a bigger plan than we can ever imagine.

  8. I would think the amount of drugs that were pumped into you, to keep you under for 7 hrs would be enough to give anyone a headache!
    Take Care.
