Life On and Off an Acreage

In-sights into moving from an Acreage back to Town, plus a few things I find of interest.

Two things that horses are scared about:

1. Things that move
2. Things that don't move

What a Great Day!

The Easter Church service was doubly exceptional this year. We gathered as a church family to worship the Lord on His Resurrection Day and to give thanks for His coming to save all us sinners in the world, but doubly wonderful to see our grand daughter accept Jesus Christ as her Saviour for her lifetime walk!

She was a real trouper and answered the questions posed to her in a manner far beyond her 8 years. She was not at all intimidated by 200 people watching her proclaim her faith to the world.

We gave thanks to the Lord on this, His day, and gave thanks for the path that our grand daughter has chosen to take! What more can we say, other than "Thank you Lord for all the blessings that you have given us!"

May the Lord bless all of you on this our special day.

  1. Let me be the first to say, PRAISE THE LORD! about your granddaughter's profession of faith in our Lord and Savior Jesus. Best news I've heard all day!

We just got hit with a 7.2 earthquake a few hours ago and I thought the Lord Jesus landed here in California on Easter Sunday! How awesome that would be!!

    God bless you Brother Ian

  3. Blessings to you brother. Great to know our children and grandchildren are drawn to our loving God! Praise God!

We, too, had a great service and time of worship and fellowship celebrating the resurrection.

Had a great afternoon having lunch, movie, and then talking about spiritual things with my youngest daughter Stacy and her husbnd Abe.
