Happy March...Oops!
Oops, it's only January 9! Here we are once again at +10C (50F) and the water is running off the fields, the trees are budding, and the grass is showing! Talk about a mixed up climate! The "normal" high for this date is -7C ( 20F).

He is also a joint member of the School of Civil, Environmental and Mining Engineering) could not have said it better! If you've read his book you will agree, this is a good summary. Are you sitting down?
