My Best Since the Back Operation

My stride is 36 inches  which means 2.9 miles daily and 7.6 miles today (approx). It wore the dogs out, and me.

    I'm glad you're doing well! I had back surgery last winter, and I can identify with the long healing process, but each day gets better! Walking is great...although won't it be much nicer when you don't have all that snow to wade through?! Remembering your surgery makes the walk on your last post seem even more impressive!!
