I guess it could have been worse!

it looks so pretty - from here. ;)
ReplyDeleteThanks for getting rid of some of that before it gets here......I hear it coming over the mountains now. Glad Elaine is home and sending healing wishes her way!
ReplyDeleteI don't blame you. It's really very pretty, but, I don't think I'm ready for snow pics yet. Hopefully it's short lived for now.
ReplyDeleteSorry, I have to just avert my gaze from this post. I can't handle that 4 letter word yet.
ReplyDeleteAnd so it begins...
ReplyDeleteVery pretty! We had a dusting of snow on our deck this morning too! Guess winter's knocking at the door.
ReplyDeleteSorry to disagree, I think snow is 9 a word, beautiful. God sends snow to us sovereignly from His storehouse of snow. (Job) I would love a good foot or so right now.
ReplyDeleteBeen missing from blogland for a bit. I hit blogs as I can. I have gone back through your post just now, as I was a bit confused.
ReplyDeleteFirst I am glad your ok from your fall off the horse... second I am glad to read that Elaine is doing better after her weeks of not doing well, bless her heart. I hope she continues to improve. Third, I hope you guys move will go smoothly. You guys have been through the ringer for sure. Sending peaceful healing thoughts ya'lls way.
Snow is a four letter word in my book too!
ReplyDeleteHope Elaine is improving. Looking forward to hearing news of your new place. How exciting! Take care of yourself too, Ian.
ReplyDeleteOh, my, gosh. The Great White North has returned!!!!
ReplyDeleteOK I gotta admit I didn't expect to see this when I read "why I wanted to go back to bed." OH NO! Man. I've been daydreaming about the first snow here, this made me to remember to stop it! :) It's pretty but it wears off quick too! )
ReplyDeletewould look great on Christmas Cards, Beautiful scenery but not somewhere I would want to go trudging out to take care of critters at my age. Good luck on the move and glad to hear Elaine is getting better. Sometimes the cures are worse than the causes, hope they get her meds regulated so there are not side effects.
