Very compliant and some bonding
I put the tape on Blacky ( or Alpine... we haven't decided yet), and she comes in at 14.3 hands high and 846 pounds. Just right!
She has a very smooth walk and trot. Elaine hasn't taken her to cantor yet.
A 45 minute training session and the monsoon hit. I didn't ride as I am recovering from a dislocated thumb. It's a long story, but maybe I'll ride tomorrow.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful horse! I favor the name Alpine.
ReplyDeleteRode a horse one time in my life and would do it again. You are both blessed to have horses and ride them.
ReplyDeleteOh, she's lovely! I like seeing the step by step work with her. I hope your hand feels better!
ReplyDeleteYour new horse looks to be gentle. Of course Elaine is no doubt an excellent rider and makes it look easy.
