The top three shots were collected yesterday while on the daily dog walk. These magpies are very common in this area, and are very wary of humans
They are a very pretty bird, but loud, like crows.
Some where in the files, I have pictures of magpies sitting on the horse's back, burying their feet in the thick horse hair to warm them at -30 to -40C
