It Didn't Miss This Time!

Our normal snow fall for November is 25 cm. Yesterday and today gave us 45 cm  ( 18 inches) all in one big dump!
Traffic and roads are terrible. Transport trucks going east were required to chain up, almost unheard of on a 2 lane, divided  highway.
 On most side roads, the 4X4 truck was bumper plowing.
 Any one for a snow cone?
