And You Wonder Why..

They call them  "Mule Deer"?

I spent some time sleuthing around actually looking for an active beaver dam when I saw this gal.
She was not frightened at all
 They have terrific hearing. You never would guess that, would you?
 This is a head shot of her fawn from this spring.
 I never did find the beaver dam. Oh well, next time out.

    Nice Header! And I like your deer photos. We were out and about the other day, and saw only two Mule Deer. I hope they make a come-back soon.
