Love the Bluejays! Mine scarf down the cracked corn like there's no tomorrow. I put the sunflowers & peanuts in tubes so those don't disappear as fast! Great close-up shots, as usual, Ian!
I love blue jays, too! I had a large group stay last winter. I really don't understand why some people don't like them, but - oh well. Best of luck keeping yours around!
Wonderful that you could see them, and I hope they stay around for you. I love it when they visit here, which isn't often. (I'm back from the Bison Range, and doing my one day a week post and commenting today.) Thanks for hanging in there with me.
