Life On and Off an Acreage

In-sights into moving from an Acreage back to Town, plus a few things I find of interest.

Two things that horses are scared about:

1. Things that move
2. Things that don't move

Fun in the Sun

We have some serious nesting going on here. Instead of two Tree Swallows flitting around, there are about six.

These guys should take care of the local mosquito population this year.
Here are a couple of fly-bye-check-me-out passes. In other words, "pick me, I am the cutest"

Some sort of air traffic control is probably in order.

  4. These are great shots, Ian! Tree swallows are so pretty. We have mostly barn swallows, but one year we had some of these beauties...until the cats got into their nest. :(
