Life On and Off an Acreage

In-sights into moving from an Acreage back to Town, plus a few things I find of interest.

Two things that horses are scared about:

1. Things that move
2. Things that don't move

Bits and Pieces, Odds and Sods

Things are pretty quiet on the Acreage today. It is returning to normal. Tucker is telling the others "Let me sleep!" Note the ears. You'd better, or get kicked!
Biz is always curious. Is that camera edible? I'd better check it out!
Even Boots is laying down on the job. At least he's not sleeping in a spot where he can get stomped on, or chewed.

The two goofuses are still sorting things out. It appears that a warm day brings out the puppy in both.

  1. What, no hoof trimming today? Or is that why they're all standing around saying "leave us alone!" :)

  8. Ian,
Thanks God, you are all getting a little warmer weather, so that life will be much easier without the snow. I hope the water is running well for all of you. I am glad to see you posting new pictures of Boots, Brooklyn and your horses. You have got lovely animals in your farm, Ian. I am truly happy to know that all of you are doing fine. I was worried when I read your older posts. You said that your water was frozen, and you had to call the repair man to come in and fix the troubles. I am also glad to know that your lovely dog, Boots is getting healed from his old wound. I have been praying for you, and all your beloved ones, including your wonderful animals. I said special prayers to the Lord for Boots, Ian, for his healings. Please, keep posting new pics of them.
Thank you again, for posting new pictures of your dogs, Boots, Brooklyn and your horses!! I love animals, and I am happy to see them again!! I wish I could live in a lovely farm. I am a City lady, and I still live in a big City, but I don't like the lifestyle of big Cities. I love the countryside and small farms. Please, keep safe and stay warm!! Take care, Ian. I hope you post my comment in your wonderful blog. Welcome Aboard to My Blogs at anytime, Ian!! Why don't you visit me often, please??
God may bless you all, Ian!!
    All the Best,
    Starry Dawn.
