Thinking of a Bed and Breakfast

As I am kind of in-between jobs at the moment, I was thinking of starting a B&B. I already have the guest house, room with a view, cold running water (winter) and hot water (summer). Air conditioning isavailable both summer and winter. Any body want to book a reservation? Big discount for February!
