The Rhubarb patch is doing well this year! So far I have made 2 pies, 2 crumbles and six Rhubarb loafs. There are 2 cups of Rhubarb, and 1/2 cup of walnuts in each loaf, plus a whole bunch
of other stuff.
It looks like the patch will produce much more. Winter is not too far away, and this squirrel wants to eat well!
Those look delicious and I know you will be thankful for them, come this winter.
