More Visitors

The local wildlife is starting to show up several times a day. The word must be getting around that the grass, salt and water are good! Also, the dogs are lazy and unlikely to chase anything except a few Zeds.

    I had a couple of little bucks in the yard the other night. They rarely come so close to the house.

    I've only seen deer within sight of our farm 2 times in the past 18 years...not enough cover close by.

    I've heard stories of how they can jump, but never saw them in action. Impressive!
